Pecorino (sheep's cheese) is the pride of Pienza. Everywhere you walk within town you will see wheels
of this wonderful cheese decorating storefronts and window displays. After school, instead of buying candy,
children will stop by the cheeseman Livio's shop for a chunk of Pecorino. It's that good!
